Dongguan Tinshine Tin Box Co, Ltd was founded in early 2007, located in QishiTown, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It is an international export-oriented metal packaging enterprises group specialized in tinplate printing and packaging as its core business.
Tinshine is in a grand scale of production with excellent equipments, and strong technology forces. Now it has become a group enterprise of one printing factory, and three tin-making factories. It has a standard workshop of more than 30,000 square meters; 1600 various skilled workers and the management and technology backbone staff, which is composed of 60 management personnel, 60 tooling development and maintenance technicians, 15 automated production device development technicians, 50 quality control personnel; Currently, Tinshine has more than 1200 sets of various moulds, 30 sets of moulds and automatic equipment production lines, 50 tin-making lines, 10 automatic production lines, 3 printing production lines, 300 punching machines, 20 packaging lines, and 150 other various production machines and equipments. Tinshine produces all kinds of tin boxes up to 20 million units per month which demonstrates a very strong manufacturing capability.
Since the second half of 2010, Tinshine has specially established an Automated Production Equipment Development Department, trained and attracted a group of device development designers and engineers. Some independently developed and manufactured automatic production lines are the pioneers in the world and have filled the non-availability gaps in the gift tin box industry at home and abroad.
Tinshine has the following main product types: food tins, gift tins, mooncake tins、 cigarettes tins, spirit tins, candle tins, CD/DVD boxes, mobile phone battery boxes, game packaging boxes and various other packaging tin boxes. Tinshine ’s markets cover all of
China, and extended to Hong Kong, Japan and other Asian, European and American countries.
Tinshine possesses capability of new product design, 2D/3D design, plastic model making, mould design and manufacturing, automated production device design and manufacturing, film design and output, four color and spot color paper output, tinplate proof printing, tinplate mass printing, tin manufacturing and packing. It has formed one-stop service which plays a leading role in Guangdong Pearl River Delta area, and even in the whole China.
In order to meet the needs of high-quality food tin packaging, Tinshine constructed more than 1000 square meters of food tin packing workshop equipped with 12 packing lines. It was designed and built strictly based on the GMP and HACCP food class clean standards. The workshop implements a full-closed management, and provides security guarantees for food packaging.
Tinshine gained ISO9001 quality certification in 2008. It passed many quality system audits and social responsibility audits by STR, SGS, BV, ICTI, RQA and etc. It provides guarantees for product quality and safety!
